Our Firm
This specialist commercial litigation boutique owes its reputation to "an all-star cast" of ... attorneys. It acts for an impressive client roster that includes leading international banks and some of the state's most prominent law firms. Much of the workload consists of corporate litigation defense, professional liability and media cases. Recent highlights include the defense of a legal malpractice action involving claims of more than $50 million, and the defense of a class action involving alleged industrywide price-fixing of foundry resins.
